This position offers a unique opportunity to develop strategic recommendations, drive product launches, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, all while deepening your expertise in brand building. You will also:A day in the life:Provide fact-based analytical data to support consumer and customer initiatives and to drive portfolio profitability and growth.Lead the end-to-end execution of key Innovation & Renovation projects, collaborating and influencing effectively across various partners to implement with excellenceLead all launch related initiatives and communication, including research, volume builds, packaging & product development, as well as launch presentations, sales kits and samples for salesLead packaging, pricing, promotional, merchandising and distribution strategies to support brand & category plansPrepare and present monthly brand and competitive performance reviews vs. critical metrics using available data tools such as AC Nielsen, to provide a complete understanding of category dynamics and business healthSupport and in some instances lead team processes such as budget management & tracking and monthly priority status meetingsLeverage brand, consumer, and marketplace data to recommend marketing strategies, and activities for the 18-Month Brand Plan (aligned with 3 Year Brand Roadmap and learning from previous years)Support and collaborate with internal team members and external collaborators across various initiatives and high-profile launchesRole RequirementsA University degree or equivalent experience in Business or Marketing.A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience. CPG experience is strongly preferred.
