Job Description
Objectives & Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the building and its facilities, ensuring smooth functionality. Facilitate the handover and take-back processes for tenant spaces efficiently. Manage and coordinate fit-out and reinstatement processes for tenant areas as needed (if any). Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving tenants' inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. Monitor and coordinate defect rectification and maintenance efforts to uphold the building's standards. Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and monthly operational reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Supervise contractors and external service providers to ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards and timelines. Foster effective communication and collaboration between tenants, other departments, insurance providers, and contractorsProvide guidance, supervision, and ongoing training to team members to enhance their performance and skill sets. Prepare incident reports promptly and contribute to the generation of monthly operational reports for analysis and review. Cultivate a customer-focused approach, striving to understand and meet tenants' needs to build loyalty and satisfaction. Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork among cross-functional teams to leverage diverse expertise and achieve shared objectives. Utilize analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and make informed decisions. Take proactive measures to address defects reported by the helpdesk or tenants promptly and effectively. Ensure comprehensive management and oversight of all contracts within the building to uphold contractual obligations and standard. Maintain accurate records of tenant occupancy and related documentation to support operational efficiency and compliance.
