Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:Assist FRAC operation at onshore oilfields / well sites. Assist and perform all pipeline services field activitiesand equipment mobilization jobs. The role is to ensure the Client’s objectives are delivered safely, withoutdamage to the environment and in full compliance with client and ADNOC Drilling Health, Safety, andEnvironment Policies.Job Specific Accountabilities: Associate with Operator, FRAC and perform all pipeline services field operations in a safe and effectivemanner, in accordance with all ADNOC Drilling and client general and project specific procedures. Ensure daily equipment maintenance checks on all Company stimulation equipment on site areperformed. Carry out basic maintenance of Company FRAC equipment where applicable and report and faults,damage and repairs required through the correct forms in a clear and legible manner for any activitieswhich can’t be completed in the field. Assist with internal training of ADNOC Drilling field personnel. Maintain close and better relationships with client site representatives and crew members and treatpeople in a fair and respectful manner. Work on jobs as a team member in other services as directed while obtaining the maximum exposureand experience in that service. Ensure all activities undertake are discussed in a tool box meeting, covered by procedure, adequatelyrisk assessed and understood by all crew members involved in the task. Ensure all FRAC equipment maintenance routines are carried out in a timely manner and documentedand reported to Coordinator, FRAC accordingly. Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes ofpractice. Performs other similar or related duties as assigned by Supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification: Completion of Secondary (12 years) education in English, Mathematics or a science subject Or HighSchool education and Diploma / Certificate in Coil Tubing training. Further education certification in either mechanical, chemical or electrical/instrument disciplines.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills: Mechanical and maintenance experience in fault finding and repair of equipment. Minimum 2 years practical mechanical exposure and as an Operator Assistant. Given the nature of oil field service work, must possess good interpersonal and communications skills. Computer awareness in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel programmes. Simple written and spoken English.
