We are currently expanding our procurement team and are seeking a motivated professional to join as a Used Car Buyer.🔹 Position OverviewThe Used Car Purchaser / Car Buyer is responsible for sourcing, inspecting, and acquiring vehicles that align with our inventory strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive purchasing or a related field, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesSource high-quality used vehicles from private sellers, rental companies, corporations, dealerships, and auctions.Conduct thorough on-site vehicle inspections and complete detailed condition reports.Negotiate with sellers to purchase vehicles within the budgeted price range provided by the Purchase Manager.Establish and maintain a reliable network of suppliers and sellers to ensure a consistent vehicle pipeline.Ensure that all vehicle purchases comply with UAE laws and regulatory requirements, with accurate documentation.Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Inventory) to align vehicle procurement with dealership goals.Submit regular reports on daily activities, market insights, and acquisition outcomes.🔹 Candidate RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in used car purchasing, vehicle evaluation, or service advisory roles.Strong working knowledge of GCC vehicle specifications, brands, and current market pricing trends in the UAE.Proven ability to inspect, evaluate, and assess used vehicles — including body condition, mileage, service history, and mechanical indicators.Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a successful track record of securing competitive deals.Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of Malayalam is highly beneficial; Arabic is an added advantageMust hold a valid UAE driving license.Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.Professional appearance, positive demeanor, and a strong work ethic.Willingness to work extended hours and meet monthly performance targets.🔹 What We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experience and performance upto AED 10,000.Company vehicle for field-related duties.Company mobile phone for business communications.Full employment benefits as per UAE Labour Law (residency visa, health insurance, paid leave).Career growth opportunities in a reputable and expanding automotive organization.🔹 Why Join Us?At First Choice Cars, we don’t just sell vehicles — we build long-lasting relationships based on integrity and excellence.
