The candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical and commercial skills, capable of ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality materials, equipment, and services. Good negotiation skills.Work Description:We are seeking an accomplished Procurement Engineer for a full-time position at our Dubai Headquarters. As a Procurement Engineer, you will be responsible for:·       Arranging all procurement-related works for all project sites. ·       Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments.·       Review project specifications, BOQs, and drawings to develop procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.·       Identify, pre-qualify, and manage a reliable supplier and subcontractor database.·       Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to achieve best value.·       Ensure all materials and equipment comply with project specs and international standards (e.g., ASTM, ANSI, IEC).·       Review the technical catalogs, fabrication drawings, and prepare the material submittals.·       Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.·       Update management on procurement status, risks, and cost savings achieved.·       Any other related skills.  Requirements: ·       Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Construction Procurements as a Procurement Engineer.·       Knowledge of project specifications and material submittal management.·       Expertise in MS Office, AutoCAD, and strong procurement skills.·       Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills.·       Strong communication skills with the suppliers and strong management of all procurement activities of the projects.send your CV to: hr@chc.ae with subject.
