GFS Developments is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. If you excel in crafting engaging visuals, understand branding deeply, and can deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines — we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Design high-quality creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital advertisements.Produce visually compelling assets that align with the company’s brand identity and project objectives.Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and media teams to maintain consistent branding across all communication channels.Work on multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and strong attention to detail.Stay updated with digital design trends, real estate creative best practices, and industry aesthetics to enhance output.Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, project presentations, banners, and event visuals.Requirements:Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.Previous experience in real estate or property development design is mandatory.Experience working in marketing agencies focused on real estate is an added advantage.Ability to think creatively and deliver visually appealing content tailored to the property development sector.Immediate joiners will be given priority.A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, branding skills, and real estate/development-related work is required.How to Apply:Send your CV and portfolio to nish@gfsdevelopments.aeOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Experience:Graphic Design: 3 years (Required)Real estate or property development design experience: RequiredLocation:Dubai (Required)
