Job DescriptionJob Scope:Ensure all departmental checklists, opening and closing procedures are being consistently completed, any required follow-up action is initiated, and forms/records are being filed appropriatelyEnsure all Waivers and T&C’s are signed before the experience commencesBook in and Check in customers to their relevant experienceServe customers by helping them select products.Help answer customers questions and queriesDirects customers to the experience they have chosen.Provides outstanding customer service.Manages financial transactions.Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.Deal with any internal or external customer requestsHandle minor complaints of the guestsGreet and direct customersProvide accurate information (e.g., products, pricing, merchandise etc.)Ensure merchandise areas are fully stockedJob Essential:Higher secondary or equivalent1 year as a front-line colleague in the entertainment / leisure industry, specifically Operations.
