Job DescriptionOwn Glitch Café as a standalone business unit within the venue, ensuring alignment with Glitch’s brand and commercial goals. The Supervisor will be responsible for establishing the café from the ground up — including setup, staffing, service delivery, and performance — with a strong business mindset and hands-on expertise in beverage preparation.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily café operations including beverage/snack preparation, hygiene, inventory, and POS accuracy.Personally prepare all core beverages and snacks, ensuring consistency and quality.Maintain service standards (target: 90 seconds per order).Coordinate with suppliers for stock, packaging, and equipment maintenance.Implement SOPs for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.Collaborate with internal teams (finance, creative, procurement) to support budgeting, product development, and operational planning.Lead the café’s launch and integration into the venue’s operations and customer experience Coordinate with authorities and licensing bodies to secure all necessary approvalsQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Expert-level barista skills and beverage preparation techniques.Strong leadership and operational management.Business acumen and financial awareness.Customer service excellence.POS and inventory systems proficiency.Ability to work independently and take ownership.Familiarity with entertainment or high-footfall venues (preferred)
