Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager based in Thane. The Assistant Production Manager will oversee production processes, coordinate with teams to ensure efficiency, and uphold quality standards. Other responsibilities include monitoring machinery, maintaining safety protocols, troubleshooting production challenges, and assisting in optimizing workflow to meet deadlines. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications Production and Operations Management skills, with experience in overseeing manufacturing processesExcellent Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities to tackle production challengesKnowledge of Quality Control and Safety Standards to maintain compliance and high-quality outputsTeam Coordination and Communication skills for effective collaboration across departmentsTechnical expertise in machinery and equipment used in nonwoven fabric productionDegree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferredUnderstanding of nonwoven materials or polymer-based products is an advantage
