SummaryWe are looking for a  Test Publishing Quality Assurance (TPQA) role to join our team. Our custom teacher licensure testing programs are aligned to state and national standards. We also provide a wide variety of teacher licensure testing services such as test development, administration, and scoring. We work in a collaborative environment and are passionate about education.The Test Publishing Quality Assurance (TPQA) role is on the staff of the Test Construction and Publishing (TCP) group. This individual works as a member of the Test Construction and Publishing (TCP) group with other Quality Assurance staff, Test Publishers, and team leaders to produce content rich databases that support computer-based tests. In this role, you’ll apply your proven skills of quality control to a wide range of materials. You’ll support multiple projects simultaneously to meet client-driven deadlines in our collaborative environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesEnsures accuracy of the content as it is handled throughout the materials production processPerforms various quality control checks, such as item accounting and item formattingPerforms various technical checks including cross referencing documentation to the functionality and navigation of the computer-based exam and the results filesMaintains accurate, up-to-date work plans and tracking logs; provides status to managementWorks collaboratively with associates to meet client driven deadlinesSkills And QualificationsWe are seeking a detail-oriented individual with proven quality control skills, and in addition:Superior attention to detailStrong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and negotiation skillsProficiency with Microsoft systems/software (Outlook, Word, Excel), PDF software, file management, and computer/internet-based navigation; ability to master new technologyAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; flexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesExperience with collaborative, team-based effortsExperience working on multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating the efforts of others to meet shared goalsBachelor's degree.
