We take pride in our CASIC core values: Collaboration, Accountability, Solutions-Oriented, Integrity, and Champion Mindset.Position SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Assistant Production Supervisor to join our fast-growing manufacturing team. This position supports the Production Supervisor in overseeing day-to-day bottling line operations, ensuring product quality, employee development, and adherence to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in beverage or food production, bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish), and a passion for building high-performing teams. Must be able to work onsite in Mesquite, Tx facility. Work schedule is Monday- Thursday from 4:00am-3:00pm. Pay scale is $25-27/hr dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities· Support and coordinate all aspects of daily bottling and packaging operations.· Supervise production line employees, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.· Monitor and maintain food safety and quality control (QC) procedures in compliance with FDA, SQF, and company standards.· Assist with setup, changeovers, and maintenance of bottling and labeling equipment.· Maintain accurate production records, downtime logs, and batch documentation.· Train, coach, and develop production team members to foster continuous improvement and accountability.· Communicate effectively across departments including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics.· Help identify and implement process improvements that increase yield, efficiency, and safety.Qualifications· 2+ years of experience in food, beverage, or CPG production, preferably in bottling or packaging operations.· Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and food safety protocols.· Experience with production line troubleshooting and minor mechanical adjustments.· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train diverse teams.· Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.· Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.· Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts as needed to meet production goals.What We Offer· Competitive pay and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.· Hands-on leadership experience in a values-driven, high-performance culture.· Comprehensive benefits package (PTO, medical, dental, 401K).· Opportunity to make an impact with a brand that is trying to make a difference.
