With expertise in more than 180 languages, Appen has expanded business to cover more than 130 countries with customers in technology, auto, consumer electronics, e-commerce, financial service, health and research etc. industries.Responsibilities:• Engage in-depth with Korean clients to accurately assess project requirements, develop comprehensive collection plans, strictly manage project timelines, and deliver detailed progress reports on schedule.• Assign tasks promptly and appropriately, effectively mitigate potential risks, and ensure data quality meets high standards.• Efficiently coordinate internal and cross-departmental collaboration, facilitate smooth communication, actively drive project expansion, and continuously accumulate project resources.• Manage project-related financial matters appropriately.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or higher (full-time program), with fluent English communication and writing skills.• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing data collection or annotation projects; familiarity with data/AI project management concepts, methodologies, and related knowledge is preferred.• Strong planning and execution capabilities, exceptional coordination skills, effective interpersonal communication, high sense of responsibility, adept at multitasking, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.• Excellent logical thinking skills with the ability to holistically manage parallel projects.• Keen data awareness and customer-oriented mindset, open to new challenges, and willing to share and disseminate knowledge.• Willingness to support non-Korean regions, such as serving clients from other countries using English.• Adaptable to a high-intensity work environment.
