About LVISLVIS Corporation is a neurotechnology company developing AI-powered EEG analysis software for clinical and research use. We collaborate globally between our U.S. headquarters and Korean R&D center to advance diagnostic precision and clinical decision-making in neurology.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager (PM) who can bridge communication between the U.S. and Korean teams, manage project timelines, and coordinate priorities across development, QA, and product functions.This role is essential for enhancing delivery efficiency, team alignment, and product stability for our medical devices.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead project planning and execution across multiple software development initiatives Manage schedules, deliverables, and milestones using Agile/Scrum methodologyCoordinate cross-functional communication between Dev, QA, Product, and Executive teamsFacilitate sprint meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectivesTrack project progress and identify blockers, ensuring timely deliveryMaintain and facilitate team compliance with project documentation (Jira, Confluence, or similar tools)Support release readiness and QA processes in collaboration with the QA teamContribute to building efficient workflows and long-term project management structureQualificationsRequired:7+ years of experience in software project management or related technical rolesStrong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle (including release strategies)Familiarity with full stack developmentExcellent communication and coordination skills across multicultural teamsFluent in English and Korean (verbal and written)Preferred:PMP or equivalent certificationScrum Product Owner certificationExperience in healthcare, neurotech, or medical software industryFamiliarity with QA and release management processesExperience with Figma, Jira, or similar collaboration toolsWork EnvironmentLocation: Seoul office (Gangnam)Collaboration with global teams (U.S.-Korea)Reports to: Product Executive Director (U.S.)Why Join LVISBe a part of a mission-driven company improving neurological diagnosticsWork in a global, cross-disciplinary environment with cutting-edge AI technologiesShape the company's global PM structure and processes from the ground up
