Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects by ensuring smooth communication between teams and managing project timelines. Responsibilities include assisting in expediting processes, coordinating logistics, supporting inspections, monitoring progress, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Qualifications Experience in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks, with the ability to effectively manage project timelines and stakeholder expectationsProficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking project progressStrong skills in Inspection processes to ensure quality and compliance with industry standardsProven expertise in Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and materials handlingExcellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively within a hybrid work environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)Prior experience in residential building restoration
