Our diverse team of curious, open, and hard-working individuals is committed to cultivating a fast-paced, agile culture that values personal and professional growth.About The RoleWe are looking for an accomplished Technical Project Manager who will play a critical role in delivering and overseeing the full spectrum of Improvado’s Professional Services offerings. This is a hands-on leadership position — not just facilitation — requiring someone who can independently execute complex projects while bringing deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: solution design and architecture, data modeling, marketing, or BI/data visualization.Success in this role is defined by seamless execution of Professional Services projects, the ability to influence outcomes through subject-matter expertise, and consistently driving value for our clients.About YouFluent in English and confident in communicating with clients in a professional, customer-facing environmentProven track record of independently managing and executing projects, with at least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Project Lead, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similarStrong experience leading cross-functional teams, supported by excellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsTechnically savvy — able to contribute directly to technical aspects of project delivery, system analysis, or technical pre-sales, not just coordinateExceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneouslyKey Responsibilities:Prioritize customer success with a strong commitment to high-quality support and deliveryIndependently create detailed project and resource plans while collaborating closely with clients and internal Professional Services practice leadsEnsure all projects align with Professional Services standards, stay within scope and budget, and adhere to timelinesLead strategic client meetings and consultations, providing guidance and expertiseManage client relationships end-to-end, maintaining accountability throughout the entire project lifecyclePartner closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment with company goals and seamless executionRequired QualificationsExperience with data modeling and the ability to structure data in a clear, scalable way for analytics needsProficiency in SQL to confidently query, validate, and troubleshoot data throughout project deliveryStrong project management skills enabling you to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finishA strategic approach that allows you to spot opportunities to expand the value of our work within client accountsExcellent communication skills to lead client conversations, facilitate discussions, and drive alignmentNice to Have:Curiosity about AI technologies and willingness to explore new ways of working with AI toolsAbility to take ownership and independently resolve customer challenges when neededWhat We Offer:Remote-first environmentStrong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises20 working days of PTO per yearUS holidays and additional days offExtremely fun & open startup environmentProfessional development reimbursementPowered by JazzHRkGFi1iAG1d
