Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, understands DevOps pipelines, drives Scrum ceremonies, and ensures every sprint ends with precision and value delivery.Role DescriptionAs our Technical Project Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of product and engineering projects, from sprint planning and backlog prioritization to deployment and post-launch review. You’ll collaborate closely with development, QA, DevOps, and leadership to ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and at top quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Scrum teams, ensuring effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-upsOversee DevOps workflows (CI/CD, version control, deployment pipelines) and collaborate with technical leadsTranslate business requirements into clear technical deliverablesEnsure cross-functional alignment between product, dev, QA, and design teamsTrack project milestones using tools like Asana, Jira, GitHub, and HubSpotMaintain status dashboards, velocity metrics, and risk logsDrive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvementQualifications4+ years of technical project management or Scrum Master experienceSolid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)Hands-on experience managing agile software development teamsExceptional communication and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business TechnologyPMP, CSM, or Agile certification is an assetExperience in SaaS or retail tech environments is a strong plusPreferred AssetsHands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, workflows, reports, and automationUnderstanding of SaaS product delivery lifecyclesExperience with resource utilization planning and capacity managementFamiliarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio)Exposure to compliance or regulated industries (Cannabis, Retail, Fintech, etc.)Experience managing remote and hybrid teams across time zonesWork Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesFast-paced office environment requiring attention to detail and multitasking.Prolonged periods of computer work and collaborative team sessions.Occasional after-hours support during major software releases or deployments.Why Join TechPOSBe part of a Canadian success story scaling across North America and EuropeWork directly with executive leadership and AI innovation teamsGain exposure to AI, analytics, and automation in modern retail technologyCompetitive salary, growth potential, and a collaborative environment that values results and accountability
