Role Description: The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes. Working closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams, this role helps oversee project schedules, track progress, and manage communication between stakeholders to maintain efficiency and alignment throughout all project phases.Key responsibilities include assisting in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitoring milestones and deliverables; and preparing reports, documentation, and presentations for management review. You will also help coordinate meetings, record action items, and ensure that all project documentation is updated and accessible. The Assistant Project Manager collaborates with various departments, vendors, and clients to facilitate communication, address issues, and ensure that projects stay on track.The role involves supporting resource allocation, quality assurance, and risk management activities. You may help in reviewing technical or operational details, identifying potential challenges, and proposing solutions to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will assist in procurement coordination, invoice tracking, and process improvement initiatives that enhance project performance and team productivity.This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
