Project Manager - Critical Infrastructure

Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Manage and control all factors related to the projectsEnsure the profit and loss of all the projects are met with company objectivesDirectly manage expectations of customers, suppliers, and subcontractors Provide support to presales, e.g., proposals, project plans, and bidding clarifications Ensure process compliance from sales handover to acceptances to handover Develop master plans of all projects being implementedActively review costs of delivery with the aim of reducing cost whilst maintaining quality Escalate point of project team to resolve project matters with management teamMotivate team members to perform to their best abilitiesStrict compliance to safety standards and requirementsProvide and recommend possible project improvements and escalate help needed Pro-actively chase contract variations where the scope of work increased or varies from specificationsMeasurement CriteriaProject Closing: at least 70 % of projects created in the previous year shall be closed.Revenue Forecast and Recognition: Monthly forecast should match at least 90% of the actual revenue recognizedAttend online trainings : depend on the number of available trainings. You can set maybe 5 trainings.Qualifications: -5 years experienced in leading the project life cycle from management levelFamiliar with “Data Center” project or company product related is preferredKnowledgeable with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is preferredAnalytical with good logical problem solving skills and able to grasp key issues quickly and provide directions for team membersStrong managerial courage to state opinion for the long-term business and function without fear nor favourGood communication in English and local languagePhysical & Environmental Demands: -Frequent StandingFrequent driving (car)Noise Level (Medium / High need to shout to be heard)Working around moving machinery (fork-lifts, tractors)Protective Equipment Required (earplugs, gloves, eyewear, respirator, mask, etc.)Work outdoors (no effective protection from weather)Time Travel Required: -70% travels in KoreaAbout The TeamWork AuthorizationNo calls or agencies please.
