Job Description

Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Coordinate all project documentation and submission with Project Engineers.Comply and maintain ISO quality documentation.Update and follow up on project delivery and customer survey.Handle administrative matters of project closure i..e. Oracle closing, project file archive, project handover documentation.Prepare minutes of meeting.Maintain the Project Module in Oracle system.Prepare revised OPF Form for variation orders based on Project Engineer's input.Maintain project processes flow and its effectiveness.Generate 6 series report and ONT report from system before closing and after closing for Project Manager verification.PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDSUnderstanding customer requirements and Vertiv objectives as whole in terms of business and people.Understand the process within the project administration.Able to work independently and have effective inter-personal skills. Time Travel Required90%QualificationsMechanical or Electrical Engineer GraduateMinimum 2 years working experience in project administration.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Good spoken and written skills both in English.Self-motivated, good team player and customer focus.Proficient in project planning, management and controlling the project.Sound knowledge in MS Office, Excel.Good knowledge in ISO practices.The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
