Specialized in Commercial, Healthcare, Federal - Public Mid Rises, Schools, Fire Stations, Parks, among other complex projects over 50M . Located in Miami with focus in Dade - Broward Counties.ResponsibilitiesReports to Project Executive / SR PM in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.Process Improvement / RFI / Change Management/ Document ControlParticipate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.Responsible for all pay applications and change orders, etc.Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues.QualificationsB.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.3-10 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Schools, Airport, Healthcare, Mixed Use, Tenant Improvement, Renovation and Ground Up projects.
