Job OverviewThe Assistant Technical Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Technical Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing our technical projects and team activities. This position is ideal for a technically proficient individual with leadership potential who is eager to contribute to operational efficiency, team development, and the overall technical strategy of the company. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Leadership: Assist the Technical Manager in leading and mentoring a team of technicians and engineers. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and skill development. Project Coordination:

Help plan, schedule, and monitor technical projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Operations Management: Oversee daily technical operations, including resource allocation, workload distribution, and workflow optimization to maximize efficiency and productivity. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all technical work and deliverables meet company standards and client specifications. Client Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding technical issues, project updates, and service delivery. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on project status, team performance, operational metrics, and technical issues for management review. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in technical processes, tools, and methodologies. Recommend and help implement effective solutions. Inventory & Resource Management: Assist in managing technical inventory, equipment, and software licenses to ensure adequate resources are available for all operations. Qualifications And ExperienceA Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

Proven experience in project management, technical support, and team coordination. Strong technical knowledge relevant to the company's field (e. g. , networking, software, hardware, telecommunications). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in using project management tools, technical software, and MS Office Suite. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and senior management.
