Job Title: Assistant to CEO (Outreach & Operations)Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore.Working Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite)Timings: 12:00 PM - 09:00 PMExperience: 1–3 years in executive assistance, coordination or admin support.Salary: PKR 40,000 - 60,000 per month (Based on experience)Your Handle — a marketing agency based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support our co-founders in managing outreach, scheduling, communication and daily operations.This role requires exceptional organization, communication skills and the ability to multitask across creative, operational and administrative tasks. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys being the right hand to leadership — this position is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & SchedulingManage calendars for both co-founders — including meetings, calls and personal/professional appointments.Proactively handle scheduling conflicts and prioritize meetings.Schedule internal check-ins, follow-ups, and key project deadlines.Inbox & Communication ManagementMonitor inboxes and DMs (where access is given) and flag/respond to important messages.Draft email or DM responses for approval and manage routine communications.Summarize key updates and client messages for the co-founders.Meeting SupportJoin select meetings and take clear, actionable notes.Share meeting summaries and follow up on action items.Ensure all meeting logistics (virtual or in-person) are well-managed.Research & ReportingConduct quick research on vendors, collaborators, competitors, or clients as needed.Present findings in concise reports or summaries.Help source gifts, vendors, suppliers, or venues when required.Operational & Task ManagementKeep track of daily to-dos and long-term tasks for both co-founders.Follow up with team members on behalf of the founders.Help manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.Collect daily reports from all team members and consolidate them into the master sheet.Check all active stories across client accounts daily to ensure content is being managed.All-Hands Support (Coffee to Client Management)Handle any ad-hoc task that supports smooth daily operations — from getting coffee to arranging client gifts.Coordinate client onboarding, scheduling, or document sending.Anticipate the co-founders’ needs and stay available for any task that ensures efficiency.What We’re Looking For:Excellent communication and multitasking skills.Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, reliable and professional attitude.How to ApplySend your CV to: hr@yourhandlee.comFor any queries or to express your interest, feel free to WhatsApp us at:📱 ‪‪‪+92 339 2309372‬‬‬
