You will create an upbeat, vibrant and personalised experience for each customer, serve amazing food, and leading a great team!You must have previous experience in the restaurant, fast food or QSR industry. Daily Responsibilities & Tasks:Lead, motivate, and guide a team of fantastic individuals to ensure smooth daily operations.Encourage a positive work environment while promoting our company's core values.Effective rostering and forecasting.Oversee the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring they meet our standards of taste and quality.Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and understanding.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing feedback and ensuring our guests have a memorable and satisfying experience.Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and optimize stock to minimize waste and maintain cost-effectiveness.Uphold strict adherence to health and safety guidelines to guarantee a safe and healthy environment for both staff members and customers.Drive profitability and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partnersCommunicate effectively with the Melbourne area manager and Greenstreat leadership team. About you:1-3 years of hospitality experience.Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position in the fast food industry.Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability.Experience leading a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality environmentFor you:Fun, welcoming and supportive team environmentDelicious and healthy meals on shift breaksCompetitive hourly wageOpportunities for exciting career developmentWe provide equal opportunities for everyone that applies to join our team and those that work for us.If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for food, we'd love to hear from you!Please send in your resume, complete with cover letter.We look forward to welcoming you on board!
