OutlineEnsure smooth day-to-day business operations, regulatory compliance, and efficient scaling of fintech services. Plan, execute, and deliver fintech projects (new product launches, integrations, regulatory upgrades) on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities·      Define and implement operational policies, SOPs, and controls.·      Align operations with business goals and regulatory frameworks. Ensure KYC/AML, data privacy, and central bank compliance·      Lead operations team (payments, settlements, support). Track KPIs (transaction volumes, cost per transaction, error rates). ·      Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. Define scope, deliverables, and success criteria.·      Use Agile/Scrum or hybrid PM frameworks for fintech delivery. Track progress via project trackers/dashboards. July’25 – Till Date
