ASSISTANT VITICULTURISTStellenboschFull-Time PositionAn established and highly respected wine estate in Stellenbosch is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Viticulturist to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Viticulturist and gain hands-on experience across all areas of premium grape production.Role Overview You’ll assist in the day-to-day running of the vineyards — from soil health and canopy management to irrigation, pruning, and harvest.
