It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionCredit Review (Commercial and Corporate Banking) is responsible for conducting a detailed credit analysis based on information furnished by the borrower, publicly available information, the lender's evaluation of the borrower's credit needs, and the ability to pay across a range of products against credit standards set by the organization.Corporate & Commercial Banking covers activities related to providing banking loan products and advice to institutions ranging from small to mid-sized businesses, to the largest corporations. Includes major market middle market corporate banking, business banking, and corporate and transaction banking. Corporate Banking covers activities related to the development, origination, and management of banking loan products, advice, and trade financing for major market corporate clients, including large local companies, financial institutions, and multinationals. Corporate banking generally refers to clients in excess of a given annual revenue.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepares full credit review including financial analysis and credit risk rating assessment etc, for our portfolio of large corporates, conglomerates and multi-national corporations.Coordination of the entire credit process and work closely together with the Relationship Managers as well as overseas counterparts where necessary.Skills And ExperienceMinimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Credit Analysis, Corporate Sales or Relationship Management, candidate with Audit background is encouragedStrong analytical skills with a good grasp of financial analysis, financial projection and accounting knowledgeExcellent written and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and have knowledge in financial and general banking productsTeam player, detail-oriented, self-driven and highly motivatedAble to work under pressure and deliver within timelines.EducationMinimum a recognised degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Banking and FinanceAdditional RequirementsBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
