That’s why we’re committed to creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, feel they belong, and build a career that reflects their passions and potential.The role will include the followingLead the delivery of medium-to-large scale infrastructure projects across Aotearoa and the Pacific.Support and grow our regional teams through mentoring, coaching, and fostering a positive team culture.Help expand our presence in Nelson, Tasman, and Marlborough through strategic initiatives.Provide technical guidance across a range of sectors including transport, three waters, local government, airports, defence, land development, future energy, and health.Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of our infrastructure business.Mōu ake | About youAboutYou’re a Chartered Engineer (or working towards it) with a strong track record in delivering infrastructure projects. You’re passionate about design, problem-solving, and working on meaningful projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
