Associate - OMS

Main Accountabilities:Commercial Sales Interact with Marketing & Sales in terms of pricingAccording to customer information and service requirement to quote the RFQ as per aligned strategy with OCC/RDMCompare with proper report and tool for RFQ review to make necessary rate of service adjustmentDeliver to implementation team with all primal pricing ideasQuotation tool managementMaintain system databasePropose competitive selling rate & upload to system timely to align with market levelRequirements:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.Proven experience in Ocean Freight Export operations and forwarder operations, preferably within the Asia Pacific region. Working experience more than 3 years.Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, procedures, and documentation.Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.Proficiency in using shipping software, tracking systems, and other relevant tools.Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipping documents and data.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Basic listening and speaking skills in English, and proficient in reading and writing.
