Job Description

BakerHostetler is seeking an associate to join its Litigation Group. The candidate would work with our regional and national clients in connection with government and internal corporate investigations and white collar defense matters involving civil, criminal, and administrative laws such as the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute.Qualifications Include1-5 years of experience in complex litigationStrong interest in the healthcare industry, including healthcare fraud mattersTrial experience is a plusClerkship experience is strongly preferredA strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited schoolMust be admitted to practice in Georgia or waive admission to the Georgia BarIdeal candidates will have demonstrated the following attributes:oExceptional project management skillsoEffective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills; law review or other comparable experience indicating significant research and writing skills a plusoAbility to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issuesoThe professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment and exercise good judgment in client serviceApplication Submission InformationIf you have any questions about the position or process, please contact Recruiting Coordinator, Abisola Ologunja, at aologunja@bakerlaw.com.Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.Baker & Hostetler LLP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
