Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant, located in Alpharetta, GA. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for supporting attorneys through tasks such as preparing legal documents, managing administrative tasks, handling client communications, and maintaining organized case files. Additional responsibilities include coordinating schedules, assisting with legal research, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the office. Qualifications Proficiency in Law and Legal Document PreparationStrong Communication and relationship-building skills for client and team interactionsExperience with Administrative Assistance tasks and the ability to manage office operations efficientlyFamiliarity with legal processes, terminology, and responsibilities associated with Legal AssistantsHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree or related certification in Legal Studies or a relevant field is advantageousPrior experience in a legal or insurance defense environment is a plusProficiency in office software, including scheduling and document management tools
