Job Description

Associate Account Executive: Managing the calendar invites for all meetings pertaining to assigned accountsMarket Appointmentstaking notes, assisting in any way needed, and sending a meeting recap following the meetingResponsible for market follow up- ie: pulling & sending samples, creating internal cost sheets, etc.Buy Sheets - creating production buysheets for new ordersMaking sure all necessary call outs are made for colors, units, trims, delivery, etc.Work Sheets - supporting AE in making sure all worksheets are received accurately and timelyApproval SamplesReviewing samples and making necessary call outs on the trackerSending samples to buyer’s when necessary, along with tracking etc.Making sure sample execution matches the intention of initial development and buyer’s needsMaking sure all collaterals (hangtags, hangers, labels, etc.) are all included & correctObtaining and reviewing POs from buyers, ensuring accuracyMaking sure both production and account services have correct information for WIP/Order EntrySystem MaintenanceOrder Entry- making sure account services has entered orders correctly and total units/dollars are reflected in the systemWIP- managing the incoming inventory and that it aligns with ship window needsMaking sure EDIs and Distros are received timely to ship on timeIdentify any risks for months and quartersBuyer’s NeedsAttributes, material content, images, samples, templates, etc.Shared ResponsibilitiesSample Closet - jointly making sure the sample closet stays organized and accessible at all timesATS - this is a shared responsibility w. Account Executive / PlanningKeep our space clean is also important, so we need to work together to make sure it is as clean and clutter free as it can be given the space allotment and sample flow.SkillsOutlook / Excel / PPTX. proficientOrganized w/ strong verbal and written communication skill setStrong understanding of retail mathSound logic / reasoning abilitiesTeam PlayerAbility to create trusted internal / external professional relationships
