ITALIEN Speaker - Junior Full Stack DeveloperBusiness Unit: R&DADP, the global leader in payroll services and outsourced HR process management, is looking for a skilled Full stack Developer.MissionWithin the R&D department, as a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for conducting studies, developments, and testing as part of ADP projects.You will contribute to the full scope of product development.You will work closely with analysts in charge of functional and technical specifications to implement developments in line with ADP R&D processes.Your responsibilities include developing various product modules, testing programs and user interfaces to ensure proper functioning, and complying with R&D development standards (coding guidelines, internal frameworks, security, source management processes, and documentation).QualificationsBackend:Core Java & FrameworksStrong proficiency in Core Java (Java 11 or higher) AND Deep understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principlesSpring Framework (Boot, MVC, Security)Hibernate/JPARESTful APIs and MicroservicesMemory management and performance optimizationMessage queuing systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)Database, Development Tools & PracticesSQL/NoSQL databasesGit, Maven/GradleCI/CD pipelinesUnit testing (JUnit, Mockito)Cloud & InfrastructureCloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Message queuing (Kafka/RabbitMQ)Application monitoring and loggingFrontend:AngularStencilJSHTML5, CSS3, Javascript, TypeScriptVisual Studio Code or equivalent IDESoft SkillsAutonomous, rigorous, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Curious about IT trends and committed to delivering quality work.Nice to haveContainer & OrchestrationDocker containerization (building images, managing containers)Experience with K8s deployments, services, podsExperience with Agile Scrum methodology.Fluent Italian speaker.Experience in development within a functional product (HRIS, Finance, ERP, Logistics, etc.).A little about ADP: We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
