Associate Immigration Attorney — Full Time, In-Office (Beverly Hills, CA)Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annuallyLocation: Beverly Hills, California (On-site)Exciting Opportunity for Aspiring Attorneys – Join Our Legal Team!We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Associate Attorney to join our Beverly Hills–based law firm. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law, committed to excellence in advocacy, and eager to develop strong litigation and courtroom skills.Who You AreA licensed California attorney with an interest in immigration law.Confident, proactive, and eager to gain courtroom and client-facing experience.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.Empathetic and resilient, prepared to handle the emotional demands of immigration practice.Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Able to manage multiple cases, meet strict deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, draft, and file immigration petitions and applications (I-130, I-129, I-140, I-485, N-400, waivers, consular filings, and more).Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, DOS, and DOL, including interviews, hearings, and appeals.Handle assigned cases from intake through completion.Make appearances in Immigration Court, USCIS interviews, and ICE check-ins.Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, appeals, affidavits, and legal memoranda.Communicate regularly with clients, government agencies, and courts regarding case developments.Maintain accurate case records, deadlines, and documentation using legal management software.Prepare clients for interviews, hearings, and meetings.Collaborate with and supervise paralegals and legal assistants to ensure high-quality case preparation.Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical legal practice at all times.Why Join UsWork alongside an experienced, supportive legal team dedicated to high-quality immigration advocacy.Contribute meaningfully to clients seeking stability, safety, and a better future.Gain exposure to a wide range of complex immigration matters, including both affirmative and defensive cases.Opportunity for long-term professional growth and advancement within the firm.
