Associate Attorney

We are looking to add an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in the areas of International Taxation, International Estate Planning and Trusts, Real Estate, Probate, Corporate Work and Transactions. This is a unique opportunity for an associate looking to expand their skill set and gain experience with a U.S. law firm with a sophisticated international practice. THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION AND THE ATTORNEY WILL WORK FROM ECUADOR. Our firm’s practice areas include:International Taxation;Estate Planning;Real Estate Transactions; andCorporate and Transactional Law.Qualifications & Experience Juris Doctor from a upper tier law school in their home country.LLM is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) with a 5 on the ILR scale and C2 on the CEFR scale in English. Excellent communication skills.Strong academic credentials.Superior organizational, research, and writing skills.Independent worker, deadline driven.Able to manage a heavy workload.Works well under pressure.Please submit your resume, salary requirements (very competitive salary) and contact information.
