This is a dynamic, in-office role offering the opportunity to join a collaborative team making a measurable impact in a growing industry.The RoleThe Associate Buyer will support purchasing, vendor management, and demand planning across multiple supplier relationships. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills who wants to grow within a supply chain function.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day relationships with assigned packaging or materials vendors.Place and track purchase orders; ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance.Partner with demand planning and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DemandCaster highly preferred).Support product launches through early demand forecasting and supplier coordination.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory planning (manufacturing or CPG preferred).Proficiency with ERP and demand-planning systems — NetSuite experience a plus.Strong Excel and analytical abilities.Excellent communication and vendor relationship skills.Must be local to the Atlanta metro area — this is an on-site role (not remote or hybrid).Strong alignment with sustainability and continuous-improvement values.What’s OfferedCompetitive salary and benefits package.Clear career growth path to Buyer or Sr. Buyer roles.Collaborative, growth-minded culture focused on impact and innovation.Opportunity to contribute directly to a company driving positive environmental change.
