It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!‎‎Job Description Campaign and Offer ManagementSupport the Product Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and evaluating both always-on and campaign-based activities.Manage offer mechanics (e.g., vouchers, discounts, bundles, flash sales) to achieve business objectives.Orchestrate communication across owned media (homepage, banners, notifications, email, etc.) to ensure consistent storytelling and impactful message placement.Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Media teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution aligned with category and platform strategies.Drive platform feature adoption (e.g., gamification, recommendation widgets, search modules) to improve app engagement, traffic, and user retention. Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement product, offer, and marketing levers that address user needs and drive growth.Partner with the Partnership team to design and activate co-marketing campaigns.Work closely with the Platform Homepage Product team to plan thematic campaigns and optimize discovery touchpoints.Coordinate with the Creative Lab to brief, review, and approve creative assets for marketing activities. Conversion Rate Optimization & ExperimentationMonitor user journey and conversion funnels across storefront entry points to identify friction and optimization opportunities.Design and execute A/B tests or multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses around:Banner layouts, copy, and CTA placementOffer mechanics and thresholdsPersonalization and recommendation logicEngagement or retention modulesWork with Data/BI teams to define control groups, success metrics, and statistical significance.Analyze test outcomes, quantify business impact, and build playbooks to scale successful initiatives.Establish and maintain a test-and-learn culture to continuously improve campaign and storefront performance. Business Intelligence and InsightsConduct regular business reviews: assess campaign performance, demand vs. plan, and identify opportunity areas.Define customer segments (e.g., new vs. returning users, high-value vs. deal-seekers) to tailor campaign messaging and offers.Track competitor storefronts and industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support the Product Marketing Manager in developing growth and retention levers.‎RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in campaign marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or product marketing, ideally in e-commerce, OTA, or digital platforms.Hands-on experience in data-driven marketing and A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.Exposure to app engagement or retention programs is strongly preferred.Understanding of or passion for Vietnam’s travel market is a strong plus.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical mindset; able to interpret data and translate insights into action.Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Braze, Amplitude or internal CRM dashboards.Familiar with A/B testing and experimentation tools.Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.Attention to detail with a passion for testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.‎If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
