The Group is also active in the production and marketing of sports and entertainment content on a global scale.Role PurposeThe purpose of this role is to support the Senior Manager and Client Lead in managing the client relationships, developing media strategies, and ensuring flawless execution of campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful media solutions that drive business results.At its core, the role of the Associate Manager is to plan and implement paid media campaigns across all relevant digital media channels (Social, Display, Programmatic) to achieve the Lenovo GTAP campaign objectives. This will require strong channel knowledge and the ability to identify opportunities to drive new media initiatives and client business outcomes.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:You will be working closely with the Senior Manager and will be the key POC for a few Lenovo markets where you will receive the campaign brief and design the campaign approach.You will be the champion of Lenovo's ways of working, which involves working closely with other market leads and various teams within Dentsu, such as finance, to ensure everything is in order. You will lead the team of activation executives to ensure end-to-end campaign delivery and reportingYou will be at the forefront of Performance knowledge (Paid Social, Programmatic, Display and Paid Search) by keeping up to date with industry news and developmentsBuild an understanding of the client’s business and digital marketing objectivesDevelop an understanding of the target audiences’ attitudes, behaviour and perceptions, using a variety of market information and research data.Develop an understanding of the various digital media channels (Paid Social, Programmatic, Display) and explore the potential for them in your clients marketing activity.Establish an understanding of all areas of Dentsu’s expertise and the products/services we can provide to our clients.Help to educate the clients on digital strategies and tactics; engage clients in the world of digital communications by demonstrating its direct response, creative and brand-building abilities.Be a trusted, knowledgeable source of information in digital marketing.Campaign Quality AssuranceReview all campaign builds to ensure they are accurate and in line with the initial planEnsure campaigns are delivered as planned with no overspending or delivery errorsOversee the monitoring of daily delivery and perform regular optimisation of all campaign elements (audience segments, creative, landing pages, etc.) based on agreed campaign KPIsWork closely with other members in the team to ensure regular reporting to clients is delivered according to schedule. All reports are to be timely, accurate, literate and insightful.Partner relationship managementDevelop and foster an effective working relationship with our media partners.Attend regular catch-ups with our priority partners to ensure we continue to deliver the best-in-class campaigns and identify potential alpha / beta trials.Assist with sharing client campaign briefs and seeking input from partners for responses to briefs where time allows.Innovation & InitiativeUse your personal passion and creativity to help develop intelligent, innovative and effective ideas and process improvements for your clientsContribute your own ideas and opinions on your client’s business, how we work, and the industry we’re in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meetingsProfessional ResponsibilitiesComplete timesheets on a regular, minimum weekly basisArrive punctually at each meeting prepared to contribute, ensure thorough meeting notes are taken and distributed as appropriateBe an excellent communicator – provide clear correspondence and specifically well-written e-mails to ensure all expectations and details are understood by allDevelop superior presentation skills – both in-person and over the phoneEnsure that the agency team produces all client work with the highest level of quality and integrityPeople Specifications:Key Experience & AttributesAt least 2-3 years of experience in digital planning, responsible for planning and achieving campaign KPIs Proven knowledge of Paid Social, Programmatic, Display and Paid SearchStrong analytical skills A proven record with large, complex campaigns Clear verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of English grammar Strong experience with MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint Proven presentation and PowerPoint skills Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationshipsEnthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
