From media planning and campaign setup to real-time optimization and analysis, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly. Reporting to the Associate Account Director or Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, media partners, and internal teams to meet campaign goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and aligning campaigns with their objectives.Develop and deliver cross-channel digital media plans that effectively meet campaign goals.Collaborate with media and creative agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.Manage the setup, execution, and QA of campaigns across platforms, quickly addressing any issues that arise.Optimize campaign performance across channels such as Display, Video, Social, and Search, driving continuous improvement.Provide clear, data-driven insights and reports, offering strategic recommendations.Guide and support junior team members in developing their skills.QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience working hands-on with Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Ads) Google Ads experience is a MUSTExperience in client management is idealExcellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.A detail-oriented multitasker with an analytical mindset.Previous experience in coaching or mentoring is a plus.***33 Talent33 Talent is your integrated HR partner providing bespoke recruitment, HR consultancy, and coaching services into digital, data, and communications across APAC and the rest of the world.When you put people first, amazing things happen.
