This role focuses on proactive outreach and lead generation to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified clinicians. the associate recruiter will work closely with assigned Senior Recruiter(s) to support full-cycle recruiting efforts.Essential DutiesUtilize various channels, including digital media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and attract potential clinician candidates.Contribute to email/text campaign content and execution, following team protocolsBuild and maintain lead lists aligned to a specialty, licensure, and market needs.Assist in proposing solutions for recruiting challenges and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.Collaborate with experienced recruiters to understand and align strategies with organizational goals.Partner with assigned Senior Recruiter(s) to qualify leads and transition candidates into the recruiting pipeline.Manage outreach cadence to maximize response and engagement rates.Support the scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews and follow-up.Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in Salesforce.Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.Participate in training sessions to develop an understanding of clinician specialties, and recruitment best practices.Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in clinician recruitment.Skills, Knowledge, AbilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Eagerness to learn and a passion for healthcare recruitment.Basic organizational and time-management abilities.Collaborate with professionals internal and external to the company and across geographic locationsExhibit growth mindset and team-orientated behaviorsNavigate competing priorities and effectively work in a fast-paced environmentCore Clinical Management, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
