Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.What You’ll DoAssist in the planning and implementation of construction project schedules and budgetsSupport Construction PM I/II in managing core project deliverables related to time, partnerships, and qualityAssist in managing consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendorsReview and process general contractor pay applications for contract conformance across multiple projectsReview and manage the flow of submittals related to Owner‑furnished itemsCoordinate onsite sequencing and construction scheduling of utility companiesCoordinate installation and sequencing of Owner‑furnished equipment and facility turnover to operationsConduct administrative project duties, including meeting coordination, site visits, and job walksCoordinate onsite due‑diligence activities and contract’s workVerify onsite work to ensure the delivered quality is acceptableAssist and direct contractors in troubleshooting constructability, scheduling, and inspection issuesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree preferred5–7 years of relevant work experience; 3–5 years within commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, or F&B constructionAbility to support multiple concurrent projects and stakeholdersStrong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skillsExperience working in fast‑paced environments requiring adaptability and initiativePlus: Procore, Bluebeam Revu, MS ProjectWhy join us Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
