In addition, we also have operations in AZ, CO, NV, OR, UT, and WA.Salary Range: Starting from $90,000/ YR (based on experience)The IT Project Manager will oversee technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and customer service within CR&R. This role involves managing system implementations, software integrations, software customizations, new software development, and data-driven solutions supporting logistics, routing, fleet management, billing, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities Work with internal and external teams to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business goals. Collaborate with operations, finance, and environmental compliance teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. Develop project documentation, including scope, schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports. Coordinate cross-functional teams to support system rollouts, upgrades, and user training. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology enhancements to support sustainability initiatives. Track OKRs and KPIs to measure the value and performance of completed projects. QualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.3+ years of experience in IT project managementStrong understanding of enterprise software (ERP, CRM), data analytics, and digital transformation tools.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with distributed teams.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with waste management systems, fleet tracking, or route optimization software is a plus.Working EnvironmentStandard office setting with occasional site visits to material recovery facilities, transfer stations, or recycling centers.May require travel to vendor or client locations for project coordination.EEO StatementC R & R is an equal opportunity employer.
