Associate Consultant We’re looking for someone exceptional to join our team at MacPhie. As a boutique management consultancy firm, we expect our Associate Consultants to drive change. You will be able to affect company-wide change and work with everyone from our Partner to the Boards of Directors of our clients. Here, everyone is responsible for asking great questions and making things better all the time.What You’ll BringMinimum of 2 years of experience conducting and analyzing qualitative research, whether in an academic or professional settingExperience in a corporate or professional setting (could be through co-op, summer work experience, or internships)Highly proficient in Google Workspace (and associated suite of products), design platforms such as Canva, and survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey Strong interest in exploring and implementing AI solutions to advance and optimize our workflow and results Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and problem-solvingExceptional written and oral communication skills, including persuasive writing and presentation skillsAttention to detail and highly organized to manage competing priorities and multiple projects and tasks Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesGenuine desire to share an opinion, listen actively, and contribute consistentlyAn undergraduate degree in Business and/or Communications is an assetExperience in project management or account management is an assetWhat You’ll DoProvide project management support for client engagements, including managing project work plans, organizing logistics, liaising with clients and ensuring projects remain on time and on budgetCollaborate with the team to play an active role in client engagements, including conducting research, analyzing data, generating insights/solutions and developing reports and presentationsActively participate in client meetingsSupport the management of MacPhie’s business operations, including but not limited to financial management, people and culture, and marketingSupport business development through the creation of proposals and RFP responsesWhen You Will Start: We are looking for an immediate start in mid-January 2026. IF YOU’RE PASSIONATE ABOUT A CAREER IN MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO SUBMIT YOUR COVER LETTER AND RESUME TO CAREERS@MACPHIE.CA WITH THE SUBJECT LINE “ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT APPLICATION”.
