As a result, we need to grow our team. We expect to reach SEK 1 billion by 2030 and then expand further internationally. You will typically work in teams of 2-4 consultants to identify, develop, and implement solutions to some of our clients' biggest problems. This means you will have an impact from day one and experience a steep learning curve. Our practice usually delivers three types of assignments:Business direction - Strategy & business enhancing initiativesOrganisation design & development - Secure organisational ability to execute a strategyPeople strategy - Strategy work in areas such as learning and performance managementOur ambition is to become our clients' trusted “companions for the journey”, which means you will work closely with your expert colleagues within Executive Search, Leadership Services & Performance Management under the same methodology.
