With their strong commitment to quality, collaboration, and client success, Justera Group is a trusted partner for technology innovation across Sweden.About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with deep experience in both Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and SAP Datasphere to support the development of scalable, data-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a modern engineering environment, combines strong cloud expertise with SAP data mastery, and is passionate about enabling impactful business and customer outcomes through high-quality data products.Key Responsibilities:Engineering & DevelopmentBuild, enhance, and maintain data pipelines and analytical data products across GCP.Deploy and manage CI/CD pipelines, Terraform configurations, and cloud infrastructure.Integrate SAP data sources (e.g., ECC, CAR, EWM, General Ledger, Billing, Inventory, POS) into cloud-native solutions.Develop semantic models using CDS Views and SAP Datasphere.Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements for security, scalability, observability, and performance.Collaboration & LeadershipWork closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-domain product teams to support a federated data mesh architecture.Mentor and guide engineers, lead pair-programming sessions, and present architectural or engineering solutions to complex challenges.Facilitate Agile practices and support Scrum ceremonies.Drive continuous improvement, reduce technical debt, and champion modern engineering principles.Requirements:10+ years of experience in data engineering, including full lifecycle project implementations.Strong hands-on expertise in GCP tools such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and DBT.Advanced experience with SAP Retail scenarios, including ECC, CAR, and EWM.Proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., Power BI).Strong knowledge of Avro, Parquet, SQL, and data modeling practices.Skilled in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.Experience with both NoSQL and relational databases.Solid background in large-scale data volume management and performance optimization.Knowledge of Integrated Planning/BPC.Strong communication and collaboration abilities; fluency in English (Swedish is an advantage).What We Offer:A dynamic and innovative workplace driving advancements in cutting-edge robotic technologiesThe opportunity to collaborate with talented cross-functional teams on meaningful and impactful projectsCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageA supportive culture that fosters continuous learning, growth, and professional developmentFlexible hybrid working model for an optimal work-life balance25 days of annual leave to recharge and relaxAn annual wellness allowance of 3,500 SEK to support your health and wellbeing
