HUMAIN is strengthening its CEO Office with high-performing talent, and we are seeking an exceptional Associate – CoS Advisory to support our executive leadership across strategy, governance, and operational alignment. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–6 years of experience who are versatile, analytical, and ready to support CEO-level priorities with precision and impact.Role OverviewAs an Associate in the CoS Advisory function, you will provide structured analytical, coordination, and operational support to ensure the CEO is equipped with the right insights, preparation, and follow-through mechanisms. You will work across HUMAIN’s corporate units, support strategic discussions, and enable smooth execution of leadership workflows.This role requires sharp thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to handle complex and time-sensitive tasks with maturity.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare high-quality briefing notes, talking points, pre-read materials, and decision summariesConduct research, synthesize information, and provide analytical inputs for strategic discussionsSupport planning, coordination, and documentation of CEO-level meetings and engagementsTrack directives, decisions, and strategic actions across HUMAIN, ensuring timely progressLiaise with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, clarify information, and maintain alignmentDraft memos, executive communications, and structured reportsAssist in preparation of presentations, dashboards, and strategic documentsMaintain disciplined workflows and processes within the CEO OfficeWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, policy, business analysis, project management, or CEO/leadership supportStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent writing, structuring, and communication abilitiesHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and reliabilityAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelinesProfessional maturity when working with confidential or sensitive informationA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and eagerness to take ownershipWhy HUMAINIn this role, you will gain direct exposure to HUMAIN’s most critical strategic priorities and work closely with leadership on initiatives that shape the organization’s future.
