Role OverviewThe Senior Real Estate Advisor will serve as a high-level strategic partner to leadership, providing expert guidance across investments, development strategy, market positioning, partnerships, and portfolio performance. This role requires deep experience in the Saudi real estate market and the ability to influence major decisions that shape large-scale developments and long-term business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & AdvisoryAdvise senior executives on national real estate trends, development priorities, and long-term strategic direction.Guide the evaluation of major development initiatives, including new residential, mixed-use, and commercial opportunities.Support long-range portfolio planning and ensure alignment with market dynamics and business objectives.2. Investment & Development AdvisoryReview and challenge feasibility studies, financial models, and business cases to ensure accuracy and commercial viability.Provide high-level recommendations on land acquisitions, joint ventures, PPP models, and strategic investment partnerships.Assess opportunities across Saudi cities and regions, advising on highest & best use, product strategy, and market positioning.3. Market Expertise & IntelligenceMaintain deep, updated knowledge of Saudi real estate policies, regulatory frameworks, and Vision 2030-related initiatives.Analyze consumer demand trends, competitive landscape, and pricing shifts to guide project decisions.Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for leadership and project teams.4. Portfolio Performance OptimizationEvaluate the performance of current assets and developments, recommending improvements, repositioning, or divestment strategies.Identify new growth opportunities within residential and mixed-use segments.5. Executive Stakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, development teams, investment functions, and external partners.Lead high-level discussions with developers, government entities, consulting firms, and strategic advisors.Deliver concise, executive-ready reports and presentations with clear recommendations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field (Master’s preferred).Experience in real estate development, investment, or advisory roles within Saudi Arabia.Proven track record supporting senior executives on large-scale developments or national-level real estate initiatives.Strong understanding of Saudi real estate regulations, development processes, and market cycles.Ability to assess complex development scenarios and provide commercially sound recommendations.CompetenciesStrategic and commercial thinker with strong business acumen.Executive-level communication and influencing skills.High analytical capability and sound judgment.Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide multiple stakeholders.Deep understanding of real estate economics, investments, and development lifecycle.
