Job PurposeTo ensure the timely and efficient availability of Finished Goods (FG) and Packaging Support Materials (BPP) to support seamless fulfilment and production activities. The role leads demand forecasting, procurement planning, inventory monitoring, and stock optimisation to secure uninterrupted distribution performance for our customers.Key Responsibilities1. Planning & ForecastingDevelop demand forecasts for Finished Goods and BPP using sales trends, launch calendars, and production inputs.Formulate short-term and long-term procurement plans aligned with operational capacity and commercial priorities.Coordinate supply planning for new product development, scale-ups, and maklon (toll manufacturing) pipelines.2. Inventory Monitoring & ControlOversee FG inventory levels across warehouses and ensure optimal stock parameters (min-max levels, safety stock).Monitor and control BPP inventories, ensuring readiness for packaging and production batches.Conduct cycle counts and validate stock accuracy in ERP/IMS systems.3. Reporting & Analytical ReviewPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock movement reports with actionable insights.Analyse inventory turnover, ageing, forecasting gaps, and supply risks to support decision-making.Provide variance analysis between forecast vs actual consumption.4. Operational CoordinationLiaise with internal stakeholders (R&I, PD, QC, Strategic Sourcing, Warehouse) to ensure alignment on supply timelines and production readiness.Track end-to-end material flow from supplier to warehouse to production floor.5. Warehouse Capacity OptimisationAssess and optimise storage utilisation across all warehouses.Recommend improvements related to SKU management, stock allocation, and inbound–outbound flow.6. Production & Maklon ManagementCoordinate with internal production teams and external maklon partners to secure timely manufacturing output.Ensure maklon partners meet quality, timeline, and capacity expectations.Track maklon fulfilment performance and escalate risks proactively.Requirements3–5 years’ experience in PPIC, Supply Chain Management, or other related demand & supply roles.Strong grounding in inventory planning, procurement planning, and production scheduling.Experience in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing is highly preferred.Proven exposure to ERP/IMS systems, including stock reporting, material requirement planning, and inventory analytics.Experienced in working within start-up environments, especially handling maklon/toll manufacturing products.Strong analytical, cross-functional coordination, and operational problem-solving capabilities.Agile, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-focused organisation.
