This is not just a sales role..it’s an opportunity to influence policy-level decisions, shape large-scale IT initiatives and work at the intersection of technology and governance.If you are well-connected in the corridors of power, have deep relationships with senior bureaucrats, and possess a proven track record of closing complex government deals, we want you on our team.Lead Strategic Sales: Drive business development for Central Government ministries and PSUs, focusing on large-scale IT and system integration projectsInfluence Decision Makers: Build and nurture relationships with Secretaries, Additional Secretaries, and senior commercial teams to create winning opportunitiesMaster Government Processes: Navigate tenders, procurement policies, and compliance frameworks with precisionForge Powerful Alliances: Collaborate with leading OEMs and partners to craft joint strategies for government businessShape Market Strategy: Provide insights on emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer priorities to inform GTM plansDeliver Winning Proposals: Work with internal teams to create compelling bids and proposals that stand out in government evaluationsRole Competency:Proven Track Record: Closed large Central Government deals in the last 3 financial yearsExperience: 10–12 years in sales, with minimum 5 years in Central Government / PSU segmentMust have worked in a System Integration company selling IT solutions to governmentEducation: Engineering graduate + MBA (preferred)Industry Credibility: Highly regarded in the industry with strong OEM and advisory networkExpertise: Government procurement processes, tenders, and contract managementComplex deal negotiation and relationship managementSkills: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at the highest levels
