Position DescriptionThis position will play a critical role for the execution and origination of the ECM business in JapanKey Areas of ResponsibilitiesTake a leading role in originating and executing ECM related dealsIdentify and evaluate potential clients and business opportunitiesLead the financial, statistical, valuation analysisCommunicating and interacting with internal partners and product teams as well as with clients and other external partiesCoordinate corporate finance related matters with oversea officesProvide quality control over team productionReview and supervise work prepared by junior membersDevelop, implement, apply and train the junior bankers within the team and provide the guideline during day-to-day workRequirementsDegree holder in Finance or related discipline(s)Minimum of 6 years’ of experience in Japan ECMAttained all necessary regulatory criteria for carrying out investment activities in Japan.Knowledge and experience in corporates and capital markets products, transactions and processesGood command of written and spoken Japanese and EnglishGood knowledge about global market and culturesExcellent analytical, modelling, market research and quantitative skillsSelf-motivated with good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills and can work under pressure
