Position DescriptionThe Director will be worked as the PE professional investment manager for CLSA’s USD GP “CLSA Capital Partners” with a 5 billion USD AUM. Responsible for growth private equity investment in Japan Market, in the Smart Manufacturing and TMT industry. Key Areas of ResponsibilitiesDeal sourcing and execution under fund’s strategy, support the fund to complete investment in Japan marketAnalysing and mapping investment opportunities in the Smart Manufacturing and TMTDue diligence and execution procedureCollaborating with fund team in other Asia countries for proceeding multinational investment dealsRequirementsBachelor or above degree in Business, Finance, Management and related majors preferredDirector with 10 years working experience and at least 5 years of experience in PE investmentFamiliar with Japan private market and Japan Listing, with a tracking record in related marketStrong analysis/ learning ability in Smart Manufacturing and TMT industryBilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
